How much is your fee?

It is $250 for the initial in-person consultation. After that projects range depending on the scope, the size of the space and the amount of items we are sourcing for you.


I’ve never hired a designer and have no idea what a typical project costs, what should I budget?

Let us break it down for you! The in-person consultation at your home is $250. Then, we pull together your design proposal, helping you hone in on your budget and providing ranges for each space. Our design fee is broken out in the proposal along with our process and estimated furniture costs. For overall budgets 10k and under be sure to check out our E-Design service!


How does styling work?

First, you fill out the styling questionnaire on the services page. Then, we hop a call with you to learn more about the project and set a date to come by your home for an in-person consultation. Next, you’ll receive a custom, broken down proposal. Once we’re good to go, we set a presentation day at the South End studio to make selections—and we get to work, placing orders, handling details and setting the install date. With your schedule in mind, we plan the install day and your redesigned space comes to life!


How does your design process work?

First, you fill out the design questionnaire on the services page. Then, we hop a call with you to learn more about the project and set a date to come by your home for an in-person consultation. Next, you’ll receive a custom, broken down proposal. Once we’re good to go, we set a presentation day either at the studio or your home. Our presentations include space plans, 3D renderings and as many samples that we can get our hands on! When all is approved- we place orders, handle details and set the install date. With your schedule in mind, we manage an install day, complete with light/drapery/wallpaper or paint, then the furniture and accessories. A separate styling day is planned where we return to your space to provide finishing touches. You get to shop your home, selecting the decor pieces that you wish to keep.


What is the typical timeline for a project?

We are going to become good friends! Kelley and Berkeley will be in your life for at least eight to ten weeks (and we hope for even longer!). Frequently, decision making, custom pieces, and furniture deliveries delay a project. Our team does everything we can to make this an enjoyable and smooth process.


Do you order just one or two furniture pieces?

We are passionate about getting to know our clients and designing a complete space that reflects their lifestyle and family. Most often, this requires more than selecting a piece or two. Will you travel?

We love nothing more than traveling—so for the right project, Berk and Kell will jump in the car —or on a plane! Travel fees apply.
